Had this on the shelf for about 6 months, and gave it a try this weekend.
It is a liquid wax and as I had limited time, I thought this would be a good time to give it a try.
Surface--- Over the last 3 months, the new surface of my vehicle has been polished with Menzrna FPII, it has received 5 coats of Chemical Guys 'M' Seal, and has 1 topping of Natty's Blue from 2 weeks ago. Surface has been dusted daily and Q.D'ed every other day with Poorboy's Spray and Wipe, and Poorboy's Spray and Gloss alternately. I prefer the Spray and Gloss.
Ease of use-7- First it was a bit difficult to spread this product thin enough with a foam appliciator, even spritzed with Griot's Speed Shine. I would say I used a full ounce for this appliciation.
Applied to whole vehicle, and then wiped off with a damp MF towel with Speed Shine again. Reasonable difficulty to wipe off. I would say it is about as hard to get off as Klasse SG. That is why I feel it only has a rating of 7 for ease of use. Temp. of surface was between 75 and 80F. And It was in a garage with full shade.
Value-8- I don't think is a very special wax in the value department. I would think 12 to 15 appliciations from a bottle for a full size vehicle. Of course, results may vary.
Results-9- This is where this product literally shines! It gave my black finish an excellent shine! I was tempted to give it a 10 but there is always room for improvement so I would rate this as a 9.5 in the shine department! This wax outshines most of the paste waxes I have used in the past.
Overall--- If you don't mind using a bit of elbow grease, this is a good product, but it is not even as fast as applying say a coat of P-21S. The shine is excellent, and if I don't top with something else, I will give results on durability. Enjoy!

I either love or hate Griot's Garage Products. The Best Of Show Wax would probably fall into the hate catagory, but I think I'm more in the middle of the road with this product.
Easy to apply it is not. You have to apply this product in SUPER light coats and let set for at least an hour. If you don't, you are going to wrench your arm out taking it off. Also, let it set up for at least 24 hours before applying a second coat, otherwise you are just wasting the wax. Be prepared to spend some time applying this wax and keep some good detail mist on hand.
The wax gives a good look, but I would use it more for the protection value. It will not rival Pinnacle, P21S, or Blackfire in the gloss and depth dept. but it will outlast all of those products in protection. Two good applications will last a good six months under normal weather conditions and does not break down too quickly. When used with Griot's Spray-On Wax after washes and between waxes, it will last much longer.
Overall, it is not a bad wax, but for the price, I would spend a bit more and get the Pinnacle Liquid Souveran.
