I just used this today, I'll post pics later or tomorrow, but I was very happy with the results. Very easy to use, you just put a very small amount onto a cloth (I used an old t-shirt) and rub it onto the trim. I applied two coats immediately, then took a dry part of the shirt and wiped off the excess. I think it did a great job. It didn't turn it jet black, but it was a dramatic improvement. Also, tape the paint around the trim, because it is really hard to get off of the paint.

Junk. It turns to white in a couple weeks.

The product works quite well. I used it and it lasted many weeks before needing to be reapplied. I am now reapplying about every 4-6 weeks or as needed.

It is an inexpensive and easy solution to areas that have faded in color. It is a temporary fix, not permanent.

I would definitely agree with you that it works quite well and last a few weeks but my two biggest complaints are....

1) Pain in the arse to remove if you get some on your paint
2) Amount you get for the money

I have actually switch to PB Trim Restorer and I am much more impressed.

I used it on some grey faded trim, it looked like grey faded trim when I was done. Opened the trash and tossed it. One of the worst products I have ever used. Save your money.

I have found Mothers to give mixed results depending on plastic. Success also depends on application technique. After you clean and dry the surface well, you generously apply to a microfiber, rub on surface, let it soak it, then buff off. For "stubborn" plastics, you may have to repeat several times. It is not a wipe on / wipe off product. Once done, be sure to buff off well to minimize run when it is wet.

I did a side by side test with PoorBoys Trim Restorer (a supposed favorite) and I found Mothers darkened more but the durability was not much different. This is why I am surprised so many people think Mothers is junk yet love PB's TR.
